Govt to invest ₹1L cr on education infrastructure over 4yrs
In the Union Budget 2018, the government has announced that it will invest ₹1 lakh crore to upgrade the country's education infrastructure over four years. By 2022, the government plans to create 'Ekalavya' model residential schools for every block with more than 50% Scheduled Tribe population and at least 20,000 tribal people.
